We are happy to say that the issue with the card processing has been resolved. As soon as it was fixed the cards were automatically charged. If there is an issue with your card then Backerkit will email you.

Everything is running smoothly now and we look forward to the next phase.

Pledge Manager #7 - Payments

Hello everyone 😊

For everyone expecting their cards to be charged yesterday there was a small hiccup with Stripe, the processing business we use. As it was an unexpected large sum they stopped the transactions from completing. But it is only a security protocol that we are in the process of resolving. 

It shouldn't take long and as soon as it is resolved we will share a new date for the cards to be charged.

This won't effect the timeline and we are still going ahead with the Pre-Production side of things as planned 😊

Hello everyone 😊

The end of this phase has now arrived. All orders have been locked and we will now proceed into the Pre-Production Phase. 

You will still be able to edit your address and if anything else pops up please message or email us and we will be happy to help. 

This stage is exciting as we will get to see the first signs of the game coming together 😁 It all starts with gathering all the numbers so please bare with us whilst we complete that. As soon as we have more to share we will let you know so the excitement can spread 😁

Pledge Manager #5 - Closing

Hello everyone 😊

We are nearing the end of the Pledge Manager phase. It will close on the 3rd of October and any cards that have been processed on the PM will be charged on the 5th of October. If anything changes, such as delivery address, between now and shipping please let us know and we can make any necessary changes. 

Moving Forward:

After this phase we can move onto the Pre-Production phase. Here we will send the final details to the manufacturer. They will then send us a pre-production copy for approval before beginning mass production 😁

We get very excited watching it all come together. We will continue to share every step of the process with you so you can get as excited as we will 😁

Hello everyone 😊

We are moving along as planned and are excited to enter the next stage (pre-production) next month.

As we mentioned in our last update the Pledge Manager surveys have all been sent. If you haven't received one please check your junk/spam mail. If you can't find it or you're not sure if you have completed it or not then please message us and we can check for you. The pledge manager will close in the first week of October. Exact date will be confirmed closer to the time. 

We are excited to share with you the final Tile Art for the three new tiles coming with the Scenario Pack 😁

Everything looks so beautiful. We can't wait to begin printing and show the final copy on the table.
