We hope you have all had a great holiday season.

Just a quick update on where we stand with the shipping.

EU: We have been told that this week they are boxing up the games ready for transport now that the Christmas backlog is finally over. And as soon as all the games have been boxed and labeled they will be sent out the same day. As soon as we are told that they have been sent out for delivery we will let you. It has been a very frustrating wait and we are very sorry for that. We hope to bring you good news very soon.

North America: We are expecting the ship to arrive very shortly. All the orders have now been pre loaded so we expect a quick turn over when the time comes.

AU & NZ: We are still expecting a mid February delivery on your orders.

Standee Bases:

After receiving the bulk order for the bases and doing some quality control we are now ready to send them out to you today. Depending on where you are in relation to the UK you should receive them this week.

We will be sending you 8 bases so that you have one spare just in case.

Hello Everyone 😊

We hope everyone is exciting about and enjoying the festive season. Just a quick update on where things are.

EU: Unfortunately we now expect delivery to take place in January. We continued to press them but the answer is that Christmas has caused a massive backlog that they are working through. We're very sorry for this delay. 

UK: By now most should have had their orders delivered and we hope you are having fun setting them up. In the previous update (Shipping #4) we included an unboxing video to help demonstrate how to unbox and set up the components and pack away again. That video can also be found here.

North America: We have now had confirmation that the freight is due to arrive the second week of January. After it arrives at the warehouse all orders will be processed and sent out within 24hrs. They should then be delivered within a week.

AU and NZ: Your orders are now on their way to China and from there will be sent out. We expect delivery within the middle of February.

Standees:

We want to continue to remind those who need the missing bases for their standees to email us at [email protected] their name and address. This is for the missing 7 bases for the cardboard standees that due to a logistical error on our part weren't included in the Core Box. They will be sent to you for free as soon as we receive the bulk order.

Hello everyone 😊

We're happy to report that some of the games have already arrived at their destinations in the UK. The remaining UK parcels should arrive today and tomorrow.

We have now recorded an unboxing video which will help you set up some of the components and help with how everything should be packed away. You can find that video below:

For the the remaining regions:

EU: We are still waiting to hear if the backlog has been resolved. Hopefully next week we will get more news. Sorry for this delay.

North America: We have had confirmation that the ship left Spain last week so we are now waiting for it to arrive in Texas. Hoping for an early January delivery.

AU and NZ: We have had confirmation that your orders have been picked up in Spain and on their way to China. From there they will be sent out and we are looking at a mid February delivery.

A mistake was made:

We are very sorry to report that there has been a logistical error and the seven Bases for the Character Cardboard Standees haven't been included in the Core Box. This is our mistake and we are very sorry for this.

In order to fix this mistake we have ordered them to us in bulk and will send them out to anyone who wants them for free. Please send us an email at [email protected] with your name and address if you would like them.

Hello everyone 😊

Just a quick update with the latest news on the shipping front.

EU: We've been told that there is still a backlog due to Christmas and they are working as hard as they can to resolve it. They are hoping to resolve it this week but there are no promises. Unfortunately we still have to just wait and see. As soon as we hear something we will let you know.

UK: The fright arrived at our UK fulfilment centre on Friday and they are working to process it now. They expect to finish that this week or early next week and will begin deliveries immediately after that.

North America: The pallets were picked up from Spain last week and have begun their journey. We expect them to arrive in Texas at the end of the month and soon after they will begin deliveries. Due to the holiday season we expect delivery to be early January but we will let you know as soon as we have more details.

AU and NZ: We are still waiting to hear back from our currier transporting the games to China for fulfilment. Unfortunately we can't give a more precise date until we hear back from them but we will let you know as soon as we do.
