Hello everyone 😊

Just a quick update with the latest info that we have received:

EU: We still expect that all orders will be sent out this week. We have been told today that there is a backlog at the fulfilment centre but they are working hard to resolve it.

UK: The UK freight is expected to arrive in the UK on Monday the 27th. From then your orders will only take a few days to arrive.

North America: The NA freight is expected to leave Spain sometime this week. From the day that it leaves it will take 20 days to arrive in Texas. From then your orders will take about a week to arrive.

AU and NZ: Your orders are due to leave Spain by the end of the month and arrive in China. From there it will take a couple of weeks to arrive.

We are so excited that the timeline is reaching its end and delivery is almost there. We know it has been a very long journey with many delays but we appreciate how patient you have been. Not long left.

Hello everyone 😊

The update title we have all been waiting for is finally here.

We have been working hard to arrange the logistics behind the shipping process and we are almost there. Everything has been boxed up and is ready to go. We are just waiting on some paperwork steps.

EU: We have been told that orders will begin to be fulfilled next week or at the latest the following week. It should only take a few days from then as they are being delivered from Spain.

UK: We have finally processed the paperwork required to import the shipment into the UK. The pallets are ready to go and as soon as they are shipped we will update you with more information.

North America: The pallets are ready to go and we are currently waiting on the shipping company to schedule in the shipment. We hope this will be finalised next week but we have to wait on them. The fulfilment company in Texas has been loaded with the data required and will begin delivery the moment they arrive. 

AU & NZ: The orders have been collected by our partner and are on their way to China from where they will be delivered to you. We are still waiting on an update but as soon as we have more information we will let you know.

This update is the first in the shipping category. There is a lot happening behind the scenes to finalise the delivery of your orders and we cannot wait to do so.

We just wanted to let you know that final assembly is almost complete and we have a few pictures we are really excited to share with you of the box and contents.

Soon we'll be posting an update to let you know about the shipping and delivery times as well.

We can't wait to get the game in your hands!

Hello everyone 😊

Sorry for the late update.

We have been waiting for the drawings of the intrays which are now complete. This is the main one which will hold all the tiles, card trays and the other smaller components. We had to leave this component until last to make sure that it fits inside the box properly after adjusting the box size slightly as well. 

Unfortunately one of the other components required a design change which has set us back a little bit longer. It is only a cardboard component so it won't take long to fix. We know any delay is disappointing but we are working hard to speed everything up. 

It is still possible to update your address if you have moved so please don't hesitate to contact us with any address changes.

We will have more information coming in soon and will update you when it does.

Hello everyone 😊

We hope you are all enjoying your holiday season. Production is almost finished and we would like to share some of the images with you here.

Unfortunately the supplier that will provide the plastic inserts is currently on holiday which has delayed the assembly a bit but as soon as they return everything can be put together and packaged for delivery.

Here are some of the components:

It is all getting there. The end is in sight and we can't wait. 

Once the final assembly has completed we will have a further update on shipping times.
