Dead Throne Second Edition

Hello everyone 😊

Today we finally were able to confirm all the specifications and quantities for the various components. This means that the manufacturer will be able to move forward with mass production shortly 😁

Yesterday we also confirmed that the Miniatures have arrived in Spain and are ready to be put together with the Card Trays for everyone who purchased that add-on. 

The manufacturer has already begun work on the templates for the boxes and some of the components in order to make sure that everything fits nicely together. The self standing tuck boxes have also been templated in preparation and to make sure that they function as intended. All the elements are coming together 😃

This coming week we expect more good news and are very excited to begin full production shortly.

We are very grateful for your patience through these delays but things are going smoothly and the excitement is building. When full scale production begins we will be able to calculate delivery dates with some accuracy and will post an update to let you know. Dead Throne is coming 😁

Hello everyone 😊

We hope everyone is doing well this winter.

We're continuing to make progress with Dead Throne and wanted to share a quick update.

We are in the final stages of Pre-Production now as we have submitted the first round of edits based on the manufacturers review of the files. These edits are on the various formats and structures that the files are in, to make sure that they are compatible with the manufacturers printing process. We expect to submit the final edits this week.

We are also close to concluding the Miniatures mass production phase and we look forward to them being sent to Spain to join the Card Trays and the rest of the production.

The tray that the miniatures are held in will also have a transparent lid for protection. This tray has been designed to fit inside the core box.

Thank you so much for your patience. We were met with a delay in autumn but we are back on track now and cannot wait to begin mass production and of course delivery of this awesome game 😁

Hello everyone 😁

We hope you all had an amazing holiday. 

Things are back up and running now and we wanted to post a quick update on where things are at the moment.

We are happy to report that the Card Trays have all arrived in Spain and are ready to be assembled with the Miniatures and Card Trays pack when the time comes.

We are also happy to report that the Miniatures insert, that will arrive with the pack and designed to fit inside the core box, has now joined the Miniatures in mass production.

The main files are still in review to make sure everything is compatible with the printing process. As soon as they are ready and we move into Production we will let you know.

Until then we are very grateful for all your patience and we can't wait to see that first complete copy of Dead Throne come off the line.

Hello everyone 😊

We hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season 😁

The Pre-Production of Dead Throne is going very well.

1) Files

We have submitted all the files needed to the Manufacturer now and they have begun their evaluation. As we're entering the holidays they expect to finish in January. 

2) Card Trays

The Card Tray manufacturer has finished production and has now shipped them off to Spain 😁 They will arrive well ahead of final assembly.

3) Rulebooks

We have uploaded the rulebooks to the Dead Throne website now. They are split into two types: those that have the new cards (2nd Edition or Update Pack) and those using the original cards (1st Edition).

Hello everyone 😊

First of all, I would like to apologise for the late update, but Dead Throne is still on its way 😁

After the Pledge Manager ended we approached the manufacturer again in order to finalise the details and re-quote the project. But unfortunately, due to the war in Ukraine, the fall in GBP, supply issues and various other dilemmas the world is currently facing we had to renegotiate the project.

This renegotiation led to some small, but good design changes to the box. The Miniatures and Card Trays will now be printed in China and shipped to Spain. The box is now 3cm taller which has allowed us to include space for the Miniatures and all the Scenario Pack content to be stored within it. The Miniatures will now arrive in their very own tray.

This process, however, has resulted in a delay to the overall project and delivery. The Miniatures and Card Trays are already in the printing phase, but everything else is still in pre-production. Until that is over it will be difficult to estimate a delivery time. We hope to conclude pre-production within the coming weeks.

We know this is disappointing news but we remain persistent and determined to deliver the best game we can, and we won't stop until you have it.

Now things are back on track we will be able to keep you updated with its progress as we move forward.
